Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy
1. Return and Exchange Policy
Return Window: Returns or exchanges can be requested within 15 days after the order is delivered.
Conditions for Returns: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached. If a defective or wrong product is delivered, KSK Enterprises (VedicStitch) will arrange for a reverse pickup at no cost to the customer.
Process for Returns:
- Initiate a return request by contacting our support team at vedicstitch@gmail.com.
- Upon receiving your request, a pickup will be arranged by our courier partner.
- If reverse pickup is not serviceable in your area, you may be required to self-ship the product(s) to our warehouse. Self-shipping charges (up to ₹100) are refundable if the return is due to a defective/wrong product.
Important Note: Please take a video/photo of the product before packing and handing it over to the courier to avoid any disputes.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain products, like intimate wear (boxer shorts, etc.), are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
2. Refund Policy
- Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receiving the returned product at our warehouse and after passing a quality check. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method.
- Coupon Refunds: If a coupon was used for purchase, the refund will be issued in a coupon code, and the remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
- COD Orders: Refund for COD orders will be provided as a coupon code for the total order amount. The coupon code will be sent to your registered email/contact within 48 hours after the product passes a quality check.
3. Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting customer support. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations are not permitted.
If the Order is Shipped: If the product is found to be wrong or defective after delivery, you can raise a return request within 15 days of receiving the product.
4. Important Considerations
- Ensure you review the size guide carefully before placing an order.
- The product’s color may vary slightly depending on screen resolution.
- In case you receive an incorrect, damaged, or empty parcel, you must raise a complaint within 48 hours of delivery. Creating an unboxing video of the parcel is recommended for evidence in case of disputes.
