Once you place an order, we begin processing it immediately. All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation of the payment.
- Processing Time: Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days.
- Cut-off Times: Orders placed after 12 PM will be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods and Charges
We offer multiple shipping methods based on your location. Our shipping rates and delivery timelines depend on the method you choose during checkout.
- Prepaid Orders: Free shipping on all prepaid orders.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): A nominal fee of ₹50 per product will be charged for COD orders. For example, if you order three products, the total COD fee will be ₹150.
- Delivery Charges: Standard shipping is free for prepaid orders. For COD orders, additional charges apply as mentioned above.
3. Delivery Time
We aim to deliver your order within 4-7 business days depending on your location. However, actual delivery times may vary due to factors such as weather conditions, location, or unforeseen delays by the courier.
- Metro Cities: 4-5 business days
- Non-Metro Cities: 5-7 business days
4. International Shipping
Currently, KSK ENTERPRISES (VedicStitch) only ships within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time, but we are working to expand our services in the future.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with the tracking details. You can track your shipment on our website or through the courier service’s tracking system.
6. Delays and Issues
While we strive to deliver within the estimated timelines, delays may occur due to unexpected factors. In case of any delay, we will inform you promptly and provide assistance in tracking the order.
7. Package Conditions
We take all necessary measures to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged package or a defective product, please contact us immediately at vedicstitch@gmail.com to initiate a return or exchange.
8. Cancellation and Changes
- Cancellation Before Shipping: Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
- Changes to Order: If you wish to change or modify your order, please contact us before it is dispatched.
